Great PC. Exactly what we were looking for. Fast and reliable. Feels like a really strong computer. Issues: - when I connected my screens to the PC it didn’t work. I had to buy x1 VGA to HDMI adapter to get it to load. Not a big deal, just be aware of this if you’re using VGA plugs. - the PC was delayed for some reason. Again, not a big deal because it came four days later than planned. Maybe just inform people ahead of time than letting them hear on the delivery date. - my big concern is that I got delivered a slightly different pc. Pretty obvious as my PC is white and the color is red in the picture. Not a big deal here. What annoyed me the most, and why I give it a poor rating, is because there is no dvd or CD player included, even though the specs says there is one. My windows office was on a CD and because it is 07, it’s not supported anymore for downloads. So, I had to buy a new screen adapter and windows office. Disappointing!

I bought it because of the advertised 2 DVI ports. I have two monitors that use DVI. The Wi-Fi adapter seemed to be faulty. I downloaded a driver scanner and installed proper drivers and it seems to be holding. Love the mouse and keyboard it came with.

Purchase this computer to replace a old one. For the price I saw this with I thought it was a bargain. Greats specs for daily use. Mainly being used for daily task along with office work purpose such as Quickbooks for the company which the file is pretty large so having the extra power didn’t hurt and it’s coming in handy. Setup is great and little details such as having a dust filter on top and in front is great. Just need to remember to clean it and keep the computer running smoothly. The only thing I didn’t like is having the USB on top instead of the front, the tower is under my desk but on a rack that’s attached to my desk to keep it lifted from the floor and I only have about 2” of space or 3” on top which doesn’t let me plug my flash drive on top so need to use the back which isn’t a problem to me since back desk is exposed. Some people may have a problem since they don’t have easy access to the back Of the computer. Would highly recommend this computer. Haven’t tested the games on it but you should be able to run certain games smoothly Maybe not on highest setting. Check game specs before trying what’s highest specs for that game.

I purchased this computer to store over a tera byte of data. I plan to add to the storage and the computer seems to store and access the data well. Although the computer is not as fast as my other desktop, it does the job I wanted to do. The computer is taller than my other computer but works well under the desk.

I love this computer! I had a few problems initially, but now it works great! The company's tech support was responsive & quickly solved my issue. Easy to upgrade & does everything that I needed it for. I don't play games on it, but I do use it as a server for my movies, internet, iOffice, & such. Plenty of power & speed.

This computer does all the things I require it to do for the price. The kids love it, they can program, play games and watch movies on it. I like the fact that I can upgrade some of the components if need be. Lot of storage and power.

Great product, really what I wanted! My son asking me to buy this pc, you know, because he is a great player, and the true is he is really happy now!

Got this computer for office work, they works fabulous. Had an issue with 2 of the units we bought we sent them back to the company they repair them in sent them back and kept in touch with me the whole time.

Considering I’m coming from years of laptop of computer and never owned a pc, I was happy it was easy to set up and was roaring to go.

Had to return to the store a week after purchasing it. A system error kept popping up.

It didn't work the first day I got it!! I had to send back to you to fix & I still haven't gotten it back yet!!! I'm not sure I can even give it 1 star but I will!! :(

Wanted to get into pc gaming nothing crazy and this pc was a great buy. Its nothing over the top you will be able to play AAA titles on high or even ultra setting with good frame rates. The case is also amazing led lighted fans and internal lights. Only issue was a bad front fan but cybertron replaced it free of charge quickly.

This computer has some problems... there is a high pitch sound coming from any headset used. We have been through 4 headsets and we have found that it only does this on this computer so... in game voice chat sounds bad.

I bought this pc not knowing whether it would be a reliable, or fast computer. I was totally wrong! I have had minor issues, just little things I didn't know about, but luckily cybertronpc support was there every moment I needed help. Overall I believe that cybertronpc computers are reliable and you won't have to worry about slow or laggy computers.
