Everything worked great except the keyboard. Best Buy solution was to return EVERYTHING just to get a working keyboard! After over an hour with customer service I was hung up on. As long as you have your own peripherals it's a great value. Note that because of the customer service or lack there of, I will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from BestBuy again.

First off , I'll probably have to buy this scrap box again since I've made a customs setup that will only hold this case. I've bought this desktop a total of three times. Each one just getting worse , the first time I bough it , it was on sale and I saw it would run LoL Minecraft and maybe couple other games , it was good I noticed a couple frame issues but whatever I'll lower the settings , after about 6-7 months I was in the middle of just playing a bit of league with couple friends and it shuts off I'm sitting there like was there an outage or something but the house lights were on and everyone else's things were still on so I was confused , couple weeks later it happens again this time it won't turn on at all . I go to best buy they don't even know what the problem is , I had warranty they give me the store credit I decided to get it again since I though it was an alright computer and I had already made a desk around it . Second time , I had it delivered yo my home set it up and everything everything was running fine but there was always somekind of input lag and it was the most anoying thing to happen to me while playing league or csgo games that shouldn't have any input lag I'm already in a bad mood that they sent me another defect problem , it gets to the point where its just unbearable to play with and so I take a two week break. I go back I sit, I breath , I press the power button. I'm sat there looking at a black screen with the text "no source" I look down the computer hasn't even turned on , this time I stare at the desktop to check if it even turns on , I press down the power button nothing happens. Once again I go to best buy I tell them this and I tell them that its barely been a month or two they check it (which is just connecting the power cord to the PC and their outlet and checking if it turns on or not , they don't check the inside or anything ) and they tell me its only been a month what happened I tell them that I haven't even used it for two weeks and they give me credit and everything I go to but it once again , it got her I open it set it up, i noticed that it had scartches and the psu isnt a box anymore its exposed and has what looks like copper and other things where the psu goes , i stare and think they probaly sent me a defected used one. So today, about 30 mins ago I'm saw here in a Skype call with a friend playing hearthstone I'm the middle of a match I go to place a card and the screen goes black the desktop light in the front is flashing once or twice every second and I'm thinking, not only have they sent me one defected desktop but all three have been defected. I don't want to buy another one of these but I'll have to , if I have enough I'll try to get a laptop but doubt it , I'll go to beatbuy tomorrow and tell them what has happened. I'm just so done , don't know what to do , I love playing on PC but if this continues to happen I don't know if I want to continue playing on PC .

      DERPNinjaBro,

First, we appreciate your choice of the Vanguard, and sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered.

As the manufacturer, we back each and every system we produce, with a warranty and Free Lifetime Technical Support and will be happy to resolve the issues you are experiencing.

To that end, please contact our Friendly Customer Service Team by email at: [email protected], or toll-free by phone at 855-490-2569. Whichever method you choose, please reference case 'C-22551-3D6P '.

Most concerning to us is the comment regarding the power supply in the most recent system you received. When assembled, packaged, and shipped from our facility, a power supply in the condition described would not have passed our extensive testing and quality assurance.

We can state this with confidence, not only due to the high quality of all the components we use, including power supplies, but also because prior to being shipped, each computer is inspected throughout the assembly and integration process by no fewer than 4 different people. In addition, each system is thoroughly tested prior to being packaged and shipped.

For these reasons, we are concerned as to whether or not the computer you received was still a factory-sealed system, when it arrived.

The final system aside, and presuming the other systems were sealed and new, we understand that no matter how high the quality, and how low the rate of failure for any given component, being physical items, there will *always* be a chance of having a bad component. By taking the time to test each of the systems prior to shipping, we further reduce the chances of our customers experiencing an issue with the system they receive.

Because of this, it is rare for a customer to receive one of our systems with an issue, and even rarer for that same customer to receive a second with an issue. However, this does happen from time to time, no matter how small the chance. For example, should the overall issue rate of a system series be as high as 1 in every 100 systems, the odds of an individual receiving 2 systems with issues would be 1 in 10,000. To receive a third system (again, new and factory-sealed) with an issue, the odds would be 1 in 1,000,000.

This being said, we are absolutely committed to Customer Satisfaction, and look forward to helping you and restoring your confidence in your system and CybertronPC, when you contact us!

At your earliest convenience, please give our Technical Support Staff a call toll-free at 1-855-490-2569 and we will absolutely rectify this situation for you.

      Thanks,

I purchased this because it was reviewed as a decent gaming computer. I have upgraded to 16GB RAM and still have problems being disconnected when playing World of Warcraft and switching between windows. It will either disconnect me from WoW or make the webpages I am trying to load "not respond." It is also having a hard time when loading a new page that has video. Never had this problem with my other desktop which was half of what this is so I don't know if its the brand or not but I would not recommend purchasing this. I am only 2-3 weeks beyond the return time but I would DEFINITELY return this if given the opportunity.

      DebR1671,

Thank you for choosing a Vanguard system; we are saddened to learn that you are experiencing issues with the machine and would like to help.

We stand behind every system we build, not only with a warranty but also Free Lifetime Technical Support – and we really to mean lifetime! For as long as you own your CybertronPC Vanguard, you can contact our Friendly Customer Service Team and they will gladly assist you.

Based on your description of the symptoms, we would suspect an issue somewhere in the network connection, ranging from software, such as malware or virus, to hardware.

So that we can properly diagnose and remedy the issue for you, please contact our Friendly and Knowledgeable Customer Service Team through our toll-free number 855-490-2569, or by email at: [email protected]. Whether you call or email, please reference case 'C-21416-MFPQ'.

You also mentioned that you upgraded the memory of the system. Please note that, as with any CybertronPC system, the installation of any component that does not damage the system will *not* void the warranty or Free Lifetime Technical Support we provide.

Thank you again, DebR1671; we look forward to hearing from you and making your overall experience with your Vanguard and CybertronPC a positive one!
