Tried these smart bulbs based upon other reviews. The configuration instructions suggested an easy setup. In actual use the bulbs were quirky at best. I found it nearly impossible to get 3 bulbs in a light fixture to be assigned to the same group and turn on and off together.

Great starter set for smart lighting. These do not dim or change colors if you are looking for that feature.

These lights work great. We have lots of them and control with the Google home app. The Hue lights have a better color palate to chose from, but Google is ok if you're not too picky about your specific colors.

They go on and they go off. Sometimes they don't turn off when you tell them to but just turning them of and on again fixes it

I don’t get how so many people have easily connected these bulbs. During the set up process, the bulbs had trouble connecting, and the app kept on disconnecting. After what took a LIFETIME, I finally connected them to the app. I tested the dimming, and they were literally flickering way too much. I told myself “guess 100% or 0% would have to do”. I connected them to my Google nest, and then after like a minute it COMPLETELY quit on me. First nothing connected (again) and then afterwards only 1 out of the 4 bulbs I set up connected. The nest was not recognizing the other 3, but with the app it was just fine. At this point, I didn’t think it was worth it so I’m just going to return everything now and rely on the trusty light switch! Thanks for nothing…

Bought these to connect with Alexa. Good bulbs. Wish I would have gotten bright white instead of this yellow tint. Was satisfied by being able to dim our playroom by simply shouting a command at alexa.

These are great in theory but the app is in and out. I’ve noticed some improvement over the past week but I find myself getting frustrated… it does not connect well with Alexa so I always have to turn the lights on with my phone… which isn’t always convenient

I purchased these due brand and value. We got them set up and working with Alexa pretty easy, however, they stopped working with Alexa about a week later and now we can not get them to work again. The app works great though, so if you are ok with just the app then I would say purchase them, however if you want them to work with Alexa I would not recommend.
