Easy to set up, however, settings are not intuitive.

This was a purchase for my sister and she loves it. I have one at my home and she was always talking about getting one so I got her one for her birthday. Her version is an updated version and the video is very clear when watching your home. Love this product.

Nice camera with good features, serves the purpose of room monitoring. Use mostly while at home. When away 3000+ miles, iPad app did not work, but smartphone (Android) app did. Email alerts worked well.

For a quick plug and play camera. I purchase this camera for my parents home (60 yrs + and not the most technical savvy) the app makes logging in simple and easy for them. The mydlink cloud cameras are great. Plenty of options when running advanced features, however flash is required to alter all of those so if you run a mac or try to access the main site from your smart phone or tablet, you will be disappointed. The movement (display only) can be a little choppy at times but its unknown to me if it is the bandwidth limitation or the caverage itself. The articulation of the camera itself is quite smooth and one camera is in a slightly dusty condition. Over all for the quality and price, one of the best options available.

Great network camera. Cool that you can control it from your app from anywhere.

The camera is good quality for the price but the ability to see it from the Internet is hit or miss. Sometimes you can see it from the net but half the time I keep getting a connection timeout.

We really liked this camera, especially the fact that it could be rotated remotely. We ended up returning it for a different camera though because we couldn't figure out a way to place it in the area we wanted it in. It is rather large. If you have the space, I'd certainly recommend you give it a try.

The instructions were not clear and all inclusive in package. Tried setting up for 4 or 5 hours. Finally emailed customer service. Saw email next morning with a phone number. Called the number and still took almost hour and half.

Watch house and cats when not at home. Use iPhone to watch the camers.

After some research this was the best option and once I got it installed it was better than expected. The swivel option allows me to move the view remotely. And if I just want to see the interior I can do that also. Very good night vision as well

Initially this was very easy to set up. Once I had it working, it told me there was a firmware update. Once that was completed I could not get it to hook back up to my network. I returned this item for a Samsung camera.

bought 2 of these cameras to keep an eye on our dog while we are at work. camera setup was fairly easy and the app that you can get for free works well. only issue is sometimes you can't use the ability to talk through the camera probably due to internet connection

This is a great product for our household security needs.

This worked perfect for what I needed. Was able to watch who came in and out of my home while I was not there. Was able to keep up with the cats and dogs also. Was very easy to use through my phone app.

I have several other DLink camera's and this was the most difficult one to set up. This could not be set up on the mobile app. I had to add this to my DLink account on my pc. Now that it's finally set up it works well, but the set up was challenging.
