    Purchased on Best Buy website as part of a complete alarm package including installation. When I went to my local Best Buy to get it installed I was told “this is more of an east coast product, we don’t really install those here” Ended up returning everything. Shouldn’t sell a package if unable to provide part of the deal.

    Install people were not helpful. Ended up having to return item after waiting two weeks for install appt just to find out I needed to buy about $300 more just to have item installed. Could they not tell me that when I went to set up appt. Such a waste of time.

    I still have not been able to schedule an installation appointment. It's been several weeks and I've tried the Internet site and calling all stores within 100 miles. I will never buy from Best Buy again!

    The install was buggy and car failed to start many times and ended up draining the battery trying to start. Had to follow many times to get it fixed but still some issues remain.

    After initial installation (12-26-2013) the remote would only consistently work within 20' of car. Six months later you had to be within 3' of antenna. New antenna was installed on 8-29-2014 and now starting range is excellent. However, since then it has set the alarm off in the middle of the night (3 times), started the car in the middle of the night (once that I know of), opened the trunk in the middle of the night (4 times - once when raining), and makes intermittent beeps in the middle of the night (almost every night). Trying to schedule an appointment for repair today has been one frustration after another what with web forms not working, online chat unable to help, and agent on phone who couldn't even look up the number of the closest location since I live 90 miles away (even if I told him the city and street where it was located) before he hung up on me.
