The install team was great to work with.

Got the car back clean and in a timely manner. We did have to back for a few adjustments on the system. But they got us right in and got us taken care of. Can't beat the lifetime warranty. We will be having another installed on our daughter's car soon. Thanks Best Buy!!

Fast and Efficient

While there was a several week wait for installation, the team did a great job and had it ready around the time they promised. They also took the time to show my wife how to operate it, as it was installed in her car.

Install was quick and easy. I’ve used them before and will continue to keep using them for my install needs.

knowledgeable installer

The first security system wasn't compatible with my vehicle and the store didn't receive any response from Viper, but the installer kept me informed of how the installation was progressing. He installed the second system very quickly and showed me how to use it.

Be aware this is needed and figure it into your total cost. I recommend buying product in store so you know the total cost upfront. Not a pleasant surprise. Nothing at all wrong with the way it works since you have to take the installers word that it is needed
