Although I haven’t had to use the Geek Squad yet for any of the recent products I bought I have used them in the past and they have been great!

I needed this addition to upgrade my previously existing car alarm and remote start system. I was having erratic electrical problem with windshield wiper turning on. Hopefully this will correct this problem.

My husband had been wanting a remote starter for his car and couldnt be happier. The Best Buy crew was able to get everything installed easily and not once have we had any problems.

You need to read the fine print... You have to pay for extra part... Not just the cheap little add ons.... An extra $150 later it works great

Installing tech was great! Was very helpful and explained the use of the remote and the controls very well. Haven't had any problems so far so knock on wood.

This is my second install, they catually helped me pick out a replacement for the one that wasnt working priperly and were able to squeeze me in between normal installs.. Awesome guys

Great service, showed up to get remote start installed. He explained everything, I left, he called when he was done a few hrs later. everything works great!

The best thing I bought can start the car from in the house or at my office and the car is warmed up. Don't have to worry about the keys being in the car and someone taking the car.

Was quoted well over $500 for labor by an authorized Viper retailer. All my Viper parts bought through Bestbuy included install which saved me a lot.
