I purchased the Compustar 2 way remote starter kit which included installation at Best Buy. The product itself is good quality with good range of 3000 ft The install at the Racine store was professionally done in a timely manner and features were explained and demonstrated. He was happy to address all questions and guaranteed his installation work.

The range is perfect. Took some getting used to but works great

I was skeptical at first trusting my car with a place like BestBuy, but after having a little faith I would recommend it to anyone. The tech knew exactly what he was doing and was very knowledgeable. I would tell anyone who wasnt sure about having remote start or an alarm done by them to just do it. I'm glad that I did! I went to the one in Huntington Station, NY

I have no complaints at this time; the starter works flawlessly with my car and current remote control. Each time I get into my car, it's pre-warmed and ready to go. The tech was absolutely professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and installed the device quicker than the estimated time. Thanks!

Installation took a little longer than planned. The guys did. A great job taking care of my car and made sure everything was working right before they were done. Spent the time to explain how it worked and made sure it all worked right including my understanding of how to start it.

This product is awesome great feature. Will be helpful if you lock keys in your car. works great. It is a little slow but after using it I know to open the app while walking to my car to allow it enough time to unlock or lock. I don't know how I ever lived without it!

Had to have this upgrade installed since original remote did not have enough range. Now I’m very happy with the range I can get now. Should have done my homework & had this installed instead.

The technician installed everything to the correct specs, did a very clean and professional job. I am extremely glad that I had Best Buy do my installation, and that they had the best technician available for the job.

CompuStar makes one of the best car starters I've ever had this is the first one that I've ever bought and it works exceptionally good I can be all the way in the back of my house or in the mall somewhere and still get the car started without no problems

They did a superb job with the install. They finished in less time than they anticipated. I've had no problems with the devices since. The only thing is that they kept some of my original boxes.I would have liked to have had all of my original boxes.

I believe this review is for the food switch which I know works because my girl could not start her car and alerted her that the hood was open so she made sure it was closed it was a jar and the vehicle was able to be started Works as prescribed thank you

The installer did a great job and was very professional. Only issue is when fillong out the online form I requested that my defrost be connected. That did get relayed so he did have to to do it but stated I could come back.

Love my remote start. The install was timely, accurate and Kris even worked it to unlock my car (we didn't think that was an option we could set up unless I bought a more expensive model). I've used it a lot and it works terrific!!

The installation of my remote starter was great. The installer knew what he was doing. At one point, he even called mfg to ask questions to verify the installation. He did his research before possibly messing something up.

This was a required add-on purchase for the Viper remote starter that we purchased. It must do its job because the remote starter is functioning great after the Best Buy install. The remote start system is worth every penny!

My appointment time was mid-am. Technician very helpful in keeping in touch over phone since I was out of town. Called to let me know one item was unneeded and refunded difference to me. Product install works just fine.
