It was a fair priced remote start. Less than a week after Best Buy installed it in my car, I had to go back because it was somehow causing my car not to start at all. The car had to be towed to Best Buy. Fortunately, since the problem was their fault, they picked up they bill and fixed it for free, it was just very inconvenient considering I needed my car to get to work and it was out of commission for two days. They could not even guarantee that the problem would not happen again. If I would have know about this possible issue before I purchased this specific remote start, I would have definitely chosen a different brand and/or model that is more comparable with my car (Chevy Malibu 2002).
