Good technician

However the phone system at Best Buy is an absolute joke. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone at the location is had the install done. It took longer than it should to set up an appointment and by the time I could it was weeks after my initial time. Best Buy really needs to step it up in this end.

He took time with us to describe how to use the system (remote start on OEM key fob) and when we had problems with it he was able to fix it and even did more research to figure out why we were the problems. I wish I could remember his name, but if you go to that store he has longer brown hair. He was great and worth any time you have to wait to get the product installed.
