An excellent microwave in need of clearer instruct

If the installer could stay and give some basic instructions it would be a huge help.

Low wattage microwave

Dacor 1.1 Cu. Ft. Convection Over the-Range Micro.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On the installation day, some foil looking particles from filters fell off to stovetop area. Also one of the filter handles came off on the same day of installation. Another issue is the discrepancy in the manufacturer’s warranty. I read Dacor’s online advertisement saying they give 3 year warranty for the specific microwave. It was confirmed by the manufacturers warranty as 3 years by Bestbuy sales rep while she was checking the product information. However, after registering the microwave, I found out the manufacturer’s warranty showed only 1 year. I wrote Dacor about these issues right after my online registration on 2/9/22. I haven’t received any response as of today, 3/11/22. I would recommend this product pending speedy response.

Poorly made!

The housing that holds the mounting screw on one side was shot! Total crap for the expensive price! This couldn't be mounted so I had to return it. Now we are left with holes in our cabinets that are ruined!
