Simple to use product, works well for small spaces but struggles a little when put in a bigger room.

Great product , unfortunately the remote control comes with limited options to Handel , the light on the screen never goes off so at night in the bedroom it is a problem . The big problem is noise , really loud , beside that works very well...

Very easy to put together and the directions were easy to follow. I'm glad I bought it.

It works very well if you don't have central air. It's great for a bedroom and I love it and it cools down the room very well.

This puppy is great. When you live in FL you can elect to have one room 6 degrees colder than the rest of the house. I haven't had it long, but so far, so good.

Adequately cools a small room. runs quietly, easy to follow instructions and operation.

I do like the product but for my taste it's not strong enough it takes about four hours to start feeling a nice cold breeze in a room and the thing that I don't like is that because it's portable it takes up a lot of room instead of having having the air conditioner in the window and you need to constantly drain the water from it

This portable AC Unit works fine in any small living room and bedroom, perfect for a home theater system setting.

The air conditioner is great, functions well, and cools amazingly. The only issue is that it is really only made for a very small room. We had this installed in our living room, and it did nothing, but after moving it to our bedroom, it worked much better

The product is very noisy and not very efficient. Both are issues with all portables.

Small size, puts out wonderfully cool air and does the job for my bedroom.

This is a good buy, easy to work with out of the box. My only complaint is I should have bought a larger unit. Otherwise, no complaints.

I've always read that portable units are not as effective as wall/window units, and I'd like to try a window unit, but our windows don't open the right way for most window units. We have a terribly insulated house and the air conditioner was probably underpowered for where we had it. It didn't make as big of a difference as I'd hoped, so we ended up taking it back.

This unit keeps my second floor master bedroom (with vaulted ceilings) cool and comfortable.

Very easy to assemble, just pull out of the box add attchments and plug in. Works great!

Has expanded our living space since we are now able to utilize areas that were too hot.
