A bit confused with this fridge

The delivery person said that it fell and should be in upright position for several hours. After opening the box, we discovered hole in right side - it was scratch that went deep through the metal up to the insulation layer. The box seemed to be ok, so it looked like this damage came from the factory, but who knows. There was also little scratch on the back side and the box was pierced there, so this happened during transport. What is confusing, the fridge can’t cool deeper than 42 degrees of Fahrenheit, even when you turn it to the max cooling. Can this be damage from the transportation???We will still try to return this one and get the same one. Hope without any issues. Otherwise pretty fridge

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. This model should be capable of reaching temperatures as low as 32F. The unit should have 5 inches of space on all sides for proper ventilation. Not super big, just big enough to be able to use at a work space to hold lunches and water/soda for clients. The look is very nice and modern. Highly recommend for an office fridge

Don’t buy

Got a replacement and it had damage across door, back grill and top corner. Box looked fine so not sure where the damage happen at. Decided to not try for a third one. Beautiful little fridge. Wish it would of cooled and didn’t have damage. $600.00 is a lot of money for this unit
