    Information in the specifications states that the unit runs off of 110v, i was in the process of installing unit when i noticed the box states that the unit power requirements are 208-230v. Now i have to remox the unit and send it back for a refund.

    My outside unit came in box that was pretty banged up and it looked like something had opened it up and tried putting the box back up in pieces.

    WOW, heat pumps are amazing1

    Bought this to heat and cool a 216 freestanding art studio. We live in MN and were concerned about the ability to heat. So far we have been extremely impressed even with temps down -7F.
