I love this cardio dance workout! It really makes you sweat!!! I went from an aerobics video and walking to Dancing with the Stars, and I definitely sweat a lot more! It's also great motivation to workout, because you learn dance moves at the same time, so that really helps you want to do it!

This product really gets the blood pumping in the right direction. it feels more like dance than excercise.
It's got some of dwts greatest dancers on board and it's fun. definitely something you can do regularly. I say it's a keeper.

Ive done a lot of fitness videos, including dance ones, and this one was by far the hardest to follow. The first time I did it I was lost some of the time because they move so fast without really explaining or showing you what they are doing. After doing it a few times it got easier, but I wish there was a little more how-to! But overall it was a fun workout and provided great cardio!
