Can’t go wrong with Heath Ledger’s Joker. 4K HDR is icing on the cake.

Very little needs to be said about The Dark Knight itself, but Christopher Nolan fans know he is a devoted proponent of shooting on film and using IMAX cameras, and as such all his films get a definite upgrade from the 4K experience. Well worth the price.

If you are a comic or Batman fan and haven't seen this movie yet, you honestly need your head examined for brain damage lol...this is, hands down, THE best Batman movie EVER. Bale is on point as a well-balanced Batman/Bruce Wayne, Oldman is his typical awesomeness in the role of Gordon...and Ledger...Heath Ledger, who many were certain would bomb out as the Joker, took a decades old character who is perhaps the greatest, most iconic,comic-related villain of all time, and completely made him feel fresh, vibrant, complex, and truly interesting once again after decades of stagnation with the character. This is what EVERY comic book movie should strive to be in terms of story, pacing, quality and entertainment value. Watching this movie will make you look at all the other comic book moves that came before it (and many that came after it) with a more critical eye and, with many, you will see them somewhat diminished when compared to this instant classic.

This is one of the best movies I’ve ever seen. Action packed and thrilling.
