Very well acted. You can pause it in the middle and watch Dunkirk and then resume the movie to get more in depth experience.

This is an amazing performance by chameleon Gary Oldman - after a short time I forgot I was watching an actor but assumed I was watching Churchill himself. Wish the story had gone a bit longer. It's basically his first 5 weeks as Prime Minister.

If you enjoy historical movies about the WWII era this is a movie for you. Gary Oldman is outstanding in the role of Chuchill.

This movie is very informative regarding Churchill’s first days as prime minister of Great Britain.
