Took Geek Squad 3 hours to transfer data due to old, unsupported data. He was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Told him I would have needed to replace the new computer if I tried transfer myself because I would have thrown it thru the glass and out the window. Data transfer not a choice for a novice. Need Geek Squad.

I recently purchased a new computer from Best Buy and had the Geek Squad set it up. I also had them transfer some information from my old computer to the new one. As usual, they did a great job. I also appreciate that the Geek Squad checks for possible viruses before they transfer the information to the new computer.

Geek Squad installed new laptop and transferred data from our old one. Also installed new modem and router. They were fast, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. The whole setup works great and We couldn’t be happier with the result.

Geek Squad agent came to my home on time wearing a mask set up my computer and printer explained everything stayed to make sure i was completely satisfied. excellent job took about 1/2 hour or so great that they came when i was available on a Saturday morning

I had Geek Squad come to my house to set up my new computer. I am so glad I did. My data was transferred from my old computer, all connections were there, and he made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. Compared to other in-home computer services this was a bargain.

When I purchased new computer, I had Geek Squad transfer data from old computer, as well as set up new computer with anti-virus software and backup device. They also set up my email. Great to have someone take care of this for me!

We had a new SS hard drive installed in our desk top computer to correct serious performance issues. This required transfer of files and contact information to the new hard drive. This was performed quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Love our Geek Squad support Techs!

This was amazing that Kevin had a gadget that attaches to the old hard drive and all data, except programs, could be transferred. He got all my Favorites to the new PC which would have taken me a very long time to do. If I could remember what I had. Again, worth the extra money to have this done.

I purchased a new computer and needed all information and data transferred to the new computer. The geek squad came to my house and did all the transfers and computer set up. The tech was fantastic.. bought the total Geek package for my daughter ... great investment.

The data transfer did not work in the home, so I had to take CPU to Best Buy for them to complete the transfer. Everything went well and all files and information was transferred as requested. Had to set up appointment for transfer and pickup of computer.

The Geek Squad came out and set up our computer and our printer. He was very professional and patient. He explained everything in detail. A very satisfied customer. I will definitely use them for all my electronic needs!

The agent was able to efficiently and carefully transfer important work data to my new computer. There was more to transfer than the norm and my situation had a few nuances that had to be resolved in accomplishing the work. Kudos for a great job!

Agent checked out my computer which was a mess. I decided to get a new one after all the problems there were with it. He got it working for me so I could use it while deciding on a new one. Great agent. Super nice and knowledgeable.

My Geek Squad member Micheal Plowden, knew what to do to make everything work as it should. He was helpful and answered all my questions. You should all hope your agent is as helpful and Micheal Plowden, because if they are you will be very happy with the results.

The technician provided great service and setting up the computer. He also provided great knowledge on the computer. If I have any problems he will be the one that I want to come and Fix it.

The Geek squad technician who came to my home was knowledgeable, professional, and very well versed on the "how to" aspects of the hardware and software and managed to port over all my files without a problem..... highly recommend Geek squad.
