After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains a redemption code. You can then schedule your appointment by calling 1-800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778). Please print your Geek Squad confirmation e-mail and be ready when the Agent arrives at your chosen location.

• Before we begin: When we arrive at the site, we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
• Transfer: We'll migrate up to 100 gigabytes (GB) of data from one computer to an NAS, hard drive, or other storage device.
• Duplicate and validate: We'll make sure the new device mirrors the file paths and folder structure of the original device. Then, we'll verify with you that all your data has been transferred.
• Final steps: We’ll clean up our workspace, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
