We had to replace our computer tower. Geek Squad came to the house installed it and transferred all our information to the new computer in a very timely manner. Thanks Geek Sqaud for coming to the rescue.

The agent helped transfer items and a few other things. He did a very good job. I have a couple items not sure of though but didn't realize until he left. He was nice and very knowledgeable.

It was a life saving experience to explore a crucial technology issue and solve the problem! Amazing realization to be able to see and save such valuable information, by knowing how to use the technology and to properly update.

The tech had a problem with a direct data transfer. So instead of having it taking a few hours he removed the hard drive and used a docking unit to transfer the data. About a half hour and he was done.

My hard drive had to be replaced so I opted to have the Geek Squad use the backup feature. While it was a little pricey, I was assured of having all of my data (pictures mostly) backed up. No worries on recovering any of the data.

The geek squad set my parent's new computer up efficiently and did an excellent job. Vanessa was prompt and transferred the data with no problem. Worth the money and would use them again.

The tech that came out to install our computer was professional, kind,knowledgeable, patient and very helpfull. We are very appreciative for his help!

Because I have no experience in transferring files from an old hard drive to new, I hired the GEEK SQUAD to do the job, and I am happy that I did! I could not have managed without them!
