I was introduced to this movie by a friend and have enjoyed ever since. The ending was surprising which I loved the most about the movie. That and Ryan Kwanten is a great actor. Donnie Wahlberg is also in the movie as well.

Had to have it on blu ray. Does it's fair share of scaring and if you are afraid of creepy dolls this will do it for you.

A 2007 release...dont listen to the critics. If you're a fan of atmospheric horror that aims to creep you to the bone, you will be more than pleased. This film is not shy with those elements that I love in a horror film: folk tales, creepy singing children, old furniture, voice recordings fading out, flickering lights, dead loved ones beckoning from beyond the grave, photographs of dead families, cackling old women, wide-eyed dolls, billowing curtains, plenty of thunder and lightning, open caskets, dank crawlspaces, and a pervading sense of evil throughout....great Halloween popcorn movie scares.

One of the few movies that actually creeps my kids out.

I love Dead Silence. It's one of my guilty pleasure horror movies. I love the story and the overall chill factor. I wanted to watch it as part of my Halloween viewing this year, but it wasn't on any of my streaming services. I found it on Bestbuy.com for $9.99 and used a reward certificate to cut the price in half. It only took a day to arrive and shipped too my front door. Very satisfied and I've already watched it twice.

I enjoy director James Wan movies and love his second feature film DEAD SILENCE. Two words describe this movie: Dolls. Creepy. This blu-ray is an upgrade from my DVD and I couldn't be more satisfied. Great service from Best Buy at a great price! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Definitely a horror movie that was ahead of its time. Such a great film from start to finish, keeps you on the edge. Never disappoints

I personally enjoyed this film because of the dummies. They're quite creepy. Kind of reminds me of Goosebumps Slappy in the originals.

Finally great to have this film on Blu Ray. A very unique, creepy film. If you are a horror fan, you can not go wrong here. Unlike most scary movies it is something that hasn't been done ten thousand times before.

If you're a fan of the James Wan-iverse, you owe it to yourself to get this movie. Gory, scary, atmospheric, just a great horror film.

James Wan did this after Saw and it wasn’t a big hit it’s a good scary flick made before the Conjuring and insidious def worth a look great transfer !

Not his best horror film but if you're a fan of James Wan movies give it a watch. It's better than most give it credit for.
