It is a horror game, and I like the story line. However, it is too short. I am surprised when I finished the game.

Games like these remind me of the days of the Nintendo DS. I never really played visual novel type games until the arrival of the DS. This game is dark and suspenseful that has me wondering what’s gonna happen next. Glad this made it over to the US. Worth checking out.

Death Mark is a dark literary exploration title with RPG elements thrown in. The game focuses around a mysterious "mark" that has been going around Tokyo. The title also has elements of horror thrown about, though you could make the argument that it's more atmospheric if anything. Still if you're looking for a text-heavy narrative-driven story, give Death Mark a try.

You might wonder how a VN can succeed as a horror game, but Death Mark hits the mark with its atmosphere, visual style, slow pace, and a story that is truly chilling at times.

A really fun game, lots of reading and spooky atmosphere make it for a really fun play during the fall/winter. The game has tons of scares and really just makes you feel uneasy a lot of the time. If you're into horror and don't mind the reading then I'd say give this a shot!

this is a lot of reading and get to be fairly disturbing content but the game is mainly listening to the story and then choosing what to do from selected options. Interesting story though for sure

This game is good but if you are hoping it’s like Resident Evil or Silent Hill, Lower that bar just slightly.

I enjoyed this game, but I am not into visual novels. Good game for people who want interactive Horror Movies.

For a Nintendo game is not expensive but we know Nintendo is always expensive anyways this game is way better than I expected. Personally the story it’s pretty cool and you get scared if you play like I do.. (2am full volume no lights).

This is a visual novel that is made to be spooky. There are some mysteries to uncover and it is honestly a perfect relax before bed game if you don't get too creeped out. Just kicking back and enjoy the story is good enough. The artwork is beautiful and anime style.

Solid single play through. Not much replayability. Some of the scenarios where you have to pick the correct statement to solve the scene have odd English translations.

Dark and Sinister. I like games with multiple endings giving it an excellent replay value.

If you do not like visual novels then you should avoid this game. If you like horror and/or VN then you are doing yourself a disservice by not playing this gem

This game is like a story book horror game that plays some what like an RPG. If you like Horror games then this game is worth it to play.
