The game is a lot different then anything I've played but if you like to explore and have a interesting store to go through definitely a game to check out there a little more cut scenes so far then game play but I really like how it's going so far I haven't finished it yet but I really think is a really cool game and the collectors edition of the game is worth it if you are into collecting I think it's worth the money

Great game if you're the type who enjoys art and game design. This game will upset gamers who typically are into fortnite or COD and more action pact games. If you didnt have the patience to sneak around in previous metal gear solid games. This isn't the game for you. This game has a lot of funny moments and can get chaotic. The people who claim it to be a walking simulator are actually right. This game challenges the player to trail different terrain levels while balancing load on their back. While doing this there are different mechanics that get in the way like rainfall that will damage your packages, environmental hurdles and stamina, fatigue, superficial ghosts. This game will throw every inconvenient thing after you to make going from point A to point B a challenge. On top of that you do get various tools to help you for yourself like guns, grenades, vechicles. This game will easily take up more than 30 hrs your first playthrough so definitely worth the buy I'd you weigh gameplay time into your purchase. A lot of detail is put into this game design wise You don't get a lot of that in most action/shooter games which are pretty redundant these days.

I was hesitant after seeing reviews for this game but still got it. I have not been able to put it down since I got it. People put this game down cause all they can see is the delivery aspect. I see this game for the whole story. Kojima did a fantastic job with the story and to continue to push you toward the end. I will say this is not a game for everyone not is it a game for only the hard core gamer.

i could've just waited and gotten this cheaper like a year later but I'm glad i got it anyway because coming home to a huge box was fun. And the fact that it was Kojima's new game! After everything he went through and all the hard work he put in making Death Stranding. All the mystery and hype. I was so happy to finally be playing it! I love the game so much.

This game is a strange mix of Metal Gear Solid, SoulsBourne series, Fortnite, Zelda Breath of the Wild, and Amazon Prime delivery. Every mission is a delivery, but if you're in the right mood and right frame of mind for it, it's an adventure in every sense of the word. It's all about the journey. On top of that, it has the best story in a game I've played since God of War 2018.

This game is a slow burn. It sounds a bit reductive but if you are the type that like call of duty-esque balls to the wall action, then you wont find much here for you. But if you dont mind the slow burn story heavy games, I think there is a lot for you here. It takes some time to get going but once it does you wont want to stop. The Special edition is pretty darn good too. I am getting tired of just an action statue of the MC, so this was refreshing. The BB pod is neat and lights up, and the case is decently heavy duty. I only really have two complaints. The case is very plain, there are no stickers or molded insignia so it seems like a generic case rather than something from the game, as well, the handle is fixed and does not fold down, so storage is a bit odd. Second, the screw on the pds battery case was nearly stripped. If i didnt have the right tool for it, I may not have been able to put batteries in. Overall, a neat and somewhat unique special edition, and a great game that wont be for everyone.

I was absolutely blown away by this when it arrived. The box itself was gigantic let alone the case everything comes in. Everything was incredibly high quality compared to most Collector's Editions, and the game itself is also great, though certainly not for everyone. I don't like realistic games usually, but something about this one had me hooked.

A wonderful experience with a great story. The gameplay is very slow & methodical and is full of quiet moments with some songs playing over the traversal. Know what you're in for; this isn't a big explosive stealth game, this is something strangely enough closer to Journey or Shadow of the Colossus.

I would give Death Stranding a 10/10, as for the Collector's edition? 6/10... As awesome as the BB pod is, the rest of the collection and the in-game content definitely doesn't feel like it's worth $200. But hey, amazing game, visually stunning, and if it supports Kojima so be it. Consider me content.

Love this game and this collection. The concept for this game is excellent. Lots of walking but still fun to play. Never seen this kind of game before. One of a kind. Kojima ftw.

This was something I didn’t need but bought it like I didn’t know the difference. All the collectors stuff is super cool and the game is super interesting. You’re basically on a quest to become the best mailman in the world and look cool doing it while exploring a distopia and trying to stay alive!

If you are a longtime Kojima fan then this is a great collectors item. Otherwise, the incubator is made of cheap plastic and not worth the price. I do like the soundtrack music but you can probably get it on Spotify or other places without spending a fortune. Game is different from Kojima’s roots but unique. The game is not for everyone.

There is much division over the game. Some call it a walking simulator, others call it a movie. I call it a video game, a literary masterpiece that has an encapsulating and captivating story from start to finish. It is not the most action-packed shooter game, but it is a darn good game.

This collection includes items that you commonly interact with within the game. Pretty spooky personal BB pod that lights up. Game is quite interesting if you don't keep high standards as it is a new game into a forming new genre. Can see the dedication of mechanics and ideas.

Lets start by saying I'd never pay for price for this thing. I paid around 75 overall and thats just about right for what this game is. I enjoyed what I have played so far and the steelbook and bb are cool. If you are able to get it at a discount id say pick it up!

You aren't buying the Collector's Edition of this game if you aren't a Kojima diehard. Good news--he delivered. A technical powerhouse that's filled with wild and complicated ideas. Gameplay that's gorgeous and chill when it's not bleak and terrifying.

This Collector's Edition is pretty dang cool. Especially if you're a fan of Hideo Kojima, or the Metal Gear series. I'm not so sure about the price tag, as it's $200 price is a tad steep unless you're a true "ride or die" fan. The game itself is an amazing experience so far. The items included were all made with care, and it's definitely an interesting set if you're a FAN. The box is hefty, so finding a spot to store everything could prove difficult, but once again if you're a fan of new, fresh, original narratives, and an engrossing experience. This is for you! I say just go with the game, it's well worth it. If you happen to come across this set and love Death Stranding, and have $200 to spare. I say buy it up!

I’ve never played a game this but found myself enjoying it, just to see how much I can push myself carrying packages to my destination. The extra stuff included was neat, a roll of tape that is depicted was interesting, a BB model was cute but sad it didn’t have a harness to carry him along for kicks and finally a pendant of company figure.

I didn't know really what to expect with this game before i got it but after playing it awhile it has that way of making you want to play it more and more. It is a strange sort of game i have never seen anything like it but somehow in a weird kind of way you just have to play it more and more to see what happens around the next corner.

This game is amazing..visually and story wise, it moves you it bores you, it stresses you, it makes you cry.. .this is the most amazing thing ive seen lately..this is art..a Kojima game release is not just a release...its an event..get it .play it. embrace it.
