Bought this for my Dad, 97, with hearing aid. Worked for one day, then volume booster broke and volume could not be adjusted to hear a caller. It was impossible for me, with no hearing loss, to hear any caller on this phone. It was worse than a normal phone. I returned it and bought an average AT&T phone for half the price and it worked much better.
