Powerful amp

Would not even turn on. Returned

Terrible customer service and flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned this product for over two years but everytime it requires a system update, I try to do so wirelessly through the app and it fails. This requires I reboot my system and reconnect via wired ethernet which is extremely cumbersome. If you don't have the means of connecting this through wired ethernet to install updates, you won't be able to listen to music after an update is required which seems to be every 3-4 months. I don't have the luxury of connecting via ethernet for this last update which renders the device completely useless because it drops wireless connection during install. This is my 2nd device because the first glitched out which customer service was good about but they don't have a fix for my issue now and are not responding to my emails or calls because of this. Terrible experience. I'm shopping for an alternative and going to send this back to them with a nice little bow on it for Christmas. They'll probably repackage and sell as new if I were to assume anything based on how they have been lately.
