Sounds great but rarely stays connected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've owned this soundbar for 4 years and for 3 of those I'd give it a 5. But the rest of the time has been a nightmare as it won't keep a connection with the Play Fi app. Support has been generally unresponsive, if they respond at all, and last time they simply sent some links and said "read these." Unhelpful. The sound qualify is superb which is why I spent the extra money on it. But sound quality is worthless if the device won't connect to the app. It's nearly dead in the water now. I get teased when it works for a song or two on Pandora, but then it just gets dropped for no reason I can see. If I could give it a 0 I would. A major disappointment.

Run Away
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent fortune on this sound bar, and it now has a high pitched buzzing sound. It's no longer under warranty and customer support basically told me there's nothing they can do. I can't even pay to have it repaired. I take impeccable care of my electronics, too. What a waste of money.
