Exceeded my expectations. The sound is crystal clear and fills the room. You can hear the sound of ice cubes clinking in a glass. Great for people with hearing problems as well. Amazed at the sounds you can hear.

I had a old Definitive center channel die on me. I was lucky to pick this one up open box. The sound is better than my old one, it feels the room completely. Definitive makes great speakers no doubt about it.

Upgraded from an older JVC center channel. Decided to go this route because my other speakers are Def Tech also. On sale for 140 is honestly a no brainer. Vocal and bass range are perfect for my set-up. The powered were too big and i also added a standalone sub so it wasnt needed. Loving the Mid-range bass definitely a amart buy.

Sounds good and at a great sale price ofv279.00. Definitely would recommend

Awesome center channel speaker. I have it matched to some studio monitor speakers and the sound is clear. I can hear the dialogue like never before. I am sure that you would not be disappointed.

This item was paired with my new towers and this addition made the sound complete. Sharp crisp highs and very round and living bass that puts you in the pit with the orchestra. Exceptional.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much better sounding this center channel was over my Martin Logan.Motion 8. I have always been a ML fan but felt the Motion Series sounded muted. The Def Tech sounds more open and with more bass. The difference is not subtile.

Definitive Technology has become my favorite speaker brand, and this center channel speaker does not disappoint. Watching TV and Movies has become my favorite pasttime.

I have the Def Tech 9040 towers, power cube sub woofer, rear surrounds and atmos height speakers, so it also made sense to also add this matching center channel speaker. In choosing speakers for Home Theater, (to my ear) it's best when the timbre of all the speakers match and such is the case here. The clarity and detail of this center channel speaker is at the highest level and very difficult to improve upon when paired with other matching Def Tech speakers. In the world of audio equipment, it's really more about personal preference than anything else, and most audiophiles and sound buffs will have very strong opinions about what they feel offers the best experience. In that vein, to my ear Def Tech speakers are about as good as it gets for Home Theater!

I was unsure of getting this to replace my old jbl center speaker. This one is definitely smaller. But wanted something more stylish on my table and wanted to match my DT front speakers. I was pleasantly surprised at how well balance these are with a bit of punch in the lower frequencies. I don’t miss my old ugly jbl.

The times I went to the store for specific things like turntables good speakers of good sound systems for the speakers the staff has been on top of the game and I appreciate them even checking on every piece of equipment that goes with it so I get the best sound possible I enjoy working with them

I brought the 9040 but wasn't really satisfied with the bass set up but which was still a nice center speaker. So I decided to buy the 9060 which you can control your own bass level which awesome. And they also sound good with 9020 towel speakers as well. This thing is amazing. Spend your money on Def Tech!!!!!

After many years of using a small yet efficient center speaker, the upgrade to this unit really woke up my surround system.made huge difference.

Just the size alone tells you about the quality of this speaker. I no longer have any issues hearing the dialog in movies. Even at a low volume.

Still playing around with it but the passive built it sub pulls together the towers so well. Worth the wait and the price.

Was bought as a gift for my son. His old center wasn’t providing clear voice. Chose this as I have definitive products in some rooms. Of my home. Per my son, the sound is great, crisp and clear. Also, the lows are nice too. Have heard it during a visit and works really well. Would recommend.

This speaker is a great addition when being used with the 9040’s speakers. Def Tech has done it again. A must buy.

Very clear, well made center channel. Depth required wall mounting for TV, but that was worth the effort.
