Bob shown me some different speakers. I decided on four of these plus the CS9060 center channel. will buy more real soon. All these speakers were on sale too.

Clear and crisp sound

Very clear and crisp, just what I wanted. I paired with the 9040 center channel and co7ld not be happier.

Best bookshelf speaker!

This speaker has a good value for the money. Clear sound, wide dynamic range and the sound staging is really great! No regrets on buying this one.

These things are built like tanks and aren't just about bass like other DT speakers. These can keep up with the Bowers. Greta job DT, for stepping up the bookshelf game.

Great Sounding Speakers

Why All the Great Reviews???

I had these playing for less then a minute before I knew they were going back. I audition all my speakers at the same setting. On my NAD amp that setting is zero on the volume. I played Alicia Keys, Girl on Fire and tweeters had a mental break down. The results were very similar on all material. I had to turn down to -6 before anything was tolerable. Maybe I received a bum pair? I cannot recommend these units at all.

Posted .Speakers do have a break in period that can range from 50 to 100 hours. Speakers will sound their best after being broken in. Also, speaker sensitivity levels are different from brand to brand. Some require more/less power then others to play loud.
