I recently completed a new home theatre and opted for the supercube 4000 based on multiple expert reviews, it's compact design and reputation of the brand. I must admit I was really nervous dropping almost a grand without having heard the sub however best buy assured me my satisfaction was guaranteed. From first listen six months ago to today I have been blown away. From movies where you really are looking for enveloping lows with plenty of power to all types of music this sub has no doubt aced the challenge. I would highly recommend this product to any audiophile looking for a sub.

The sound is awesome. It is spectacular to watch a movie with this subwoofer.

This sub is amazing!, i first bought the supercube 2000 , but i own the supertowers 8060 model with included subs and to my ears sounded a little weak for my particular setup, not the case with the 4000, i have them connected to a denon 4311 ci , havent calibrated it yet, but all i can say is wow without calibrate them , the sub really delivers, grat for music, superb with movies, you wont regret getting one of these..

I have had this subwoofer for 8 months and I love it. It replaced a Polk Audio 100Watt sub. I can't believe the bass and power this thing puts out. We were recently watching Oz and there was a scene where one of the winged monkeys landed with a loud thud. Everyone jumped and it shook the room!! We all felt the bass in our chests and the sub was set to 40%. The wireless remote and the disappearing display are icing on the cake. I compared this to the $1500 Bowers and Wilkins CM Sub. The SC 4000 had more punch and the same quality sound for $700 less. OK, the B&W won the sound quality by a nose but cost a lot more! BTW, the sub is in my great room with 20 ft ceilings. If you have the funds buy this sub.

Got this sub hoping to get more power than my 12 inch 600 watt klips but was a little disappointed. This has excellent strong tight clean bass as far as hard hitting punch goes, but as far a low end subbing,it needs more power, it can create the sound very well but can't force it out strong enough for my tast.klips 600 watt can shake the walls ,floors and be heard two houses away, but it lack tight punchy bass like high pitch bass. Low end bass klips blows it out the water and into space, high pitch bass sc4000 kick klips's azz, If you want strong power that shakes walls and chest get klips.if you don't need too much power than sc4000 is better,it's more well rounded just lacks power. I hope this help. Ps together there a match made in heaven .

Lasted 7 years. Was fair in sound and quality. After 7 years needs a repair.

Not impressed with the sound, only certain movies you can get the true sound, not worth the money, other products out their that work as good if not better for less

What’s the deal with this speaker? Is it an overpriced piece of tech that can’t even compete with the times. I see it has wifi adapters but it won’t connect to google nest? This is excellent why Sonos is dominating the market. Better step it up Definitive if you want to stay relevant. Anyone feel free to chime in if I’m not in the know. But as far as my searches take me I see no tech support in these areas.

I have it his subwoofer for 8 months and is nothing but prolems, the circuit board burning 2 times and today is back again in BB.

its ok for sound quality but if you want bass you can feel look at klipsch

I have the Supercube III which is an older model but in 6 years the circuit board has failed twice, now out of warranty it will cost as much for the board as it will to replace it. I will be shopping for another brand.
