Outstanding sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has been several months now since I purchased these speakers along with Four SR- 8040BP sournds and a CS 8040 Center Channel speaker. The first time i powered them up the sound was great. After allowing the speakers to "break in" i re-ran the room calibration on my Yamaha RX A-3030 Receiver. Tweaked it a bit and now the sound is even better. Movies sound almost like I am at the theater. Really good base and the center channel provides outstanding voice. I don't have to crank up the sound to hear what is being said. If i had the money I would have opted for an 8080 setup or maybe the Mythos based system.

Apart from being pricey, I have no other complaints!!
