Laptop was super easy to get going and set up for me.... charge stays up for quite awhile.... comfortable to use

I got tired of my sluggish Windows laptop, did some research and caught a great deal on this chrome laptop. Going from Windows to Chrome is definitely an adjustment, but Chrome seems to perform faster overall. Booting and Shutting down, only takes 1 or 2 seconds and you have access to the Google Play store for all of your applications. If you are not afraid of a new challenge, this is work the pick up.

This is a perfect computer for any school aged kid needing one for school. No frills but gets the job done without any problems

Found myself not able to get into my house for a couple hours with out my tablets or laptops. Went to Best Buy, saw this on special for $149. Thought why not try it. Got to a Starbucks, was able to connect to wireless immediately, typed in my user name and password from my Android phone, and had all my apps, and emails immediately. First chromebook I had ever used. Light, simple to use. Great buy

I kept having all the usual problems with my laptops, so when the HD failed in my latest HP version, thought I'd give a Chromebook a try! To say I am more than pleased is still not doing this thing the justice it deserves! I use it every day and I have NEVER experienced the first hiccup with anything...EVER!! I have more than 50 windows open all the time and bounce around, without pause, from app to site to file and back again, without issue! I love my Dell Chromebook!

This laptop computer has good speed, great battery life, and is compact and lightweight. Worth every penny I paid for i!!!

My daughter has owned this item for 2 months and is absolutely thrilled with her choice!! Staff was extremely helpful she was actually going to purchase a refurbished one but salesman was extremely nice and actually brought to her attention that she could get a nicer brand new one for less than $20.00 more. Chrome book has done everything she has needed and wanted it to do. Of course I made her purchase a warranty.... just Incase. Overall extremely pleased!!

I purchased this for my Mom, who was using a Windows 10 computer, and having multiple issues (some were due to her misunderstanding). I decided that a basic Chrome Book was all that she needed, and it has worked very well for her (and me) so far. I would recommend a Chrome Book for someone who mostly surfs the net.

I think this is better than expected. I was looking for a small computer my child could do online classes and not have the ability to play games or watch YouTube, unfortunately, or fortunately depending on perspective it works fine for light games and YouTube (online classes work fine as well). My child is very happy.

Purchased for my 17 and 16 year olds. They love it. It's light, just the right screen size and great for teenagers.
