    Refurbished laptop works great so far. Keyboard feels new and internet connection feels faster than existing laptop on the same wifi. Screen display is bright and the laptop visually looks brand new outside of the power button which has some noticeable scratching. Definitely worth the price.

    got dell latitude 5400, used for a week then laptop not boot up - going through HW replacement etc..

    The keyboard had problems so had to return it. It had been refurbished. Really disappointed in Best Buy for sending a defective product

    Good battery life, runs quickly and quietly even while running multiple programs, comfortable size. I'm a graduate student and this laptop fits all my daily needs while also being small enough to easily bring to conferences and on other travel demands :)
