Fine after being updated

When first opened it didn't work properly and it took an hour or more by phone to have a tech person get it updated so that I could download an antivirus program.

2 to 3 hours of battery life

Approximately 2 to 3 hours with just internet surfing. I'd return it except for having installed some software programs that I'd have to pay for again. It'll just have to stay plugged in most of the time.

Dell Laptop

When I started a Zoom call just a few minutes later, it was at 97% battery life. After a 1 hour zoom call (virtual class), it had dropped down to 18%. I was expecting a new, fully charged battery to last at least 3 hours.
