My new Dell computer replaced and almost identical older version, so there were no surprises about its functioning. The old one had a virus, which caused some difficulty in transferring over the data from my old to the new computer. Moreover, the power cord, the new power cord that is was defective.

Laptop works as expected. Love that it has the number pad. Get low memory warning already, but easily remedied.

Microsoft operating systems and utilities are sometmes overwhelming if you do not need all of the functionality. The hardware is more than adequate and the HP monitor I have attached on the desk works well. Using the USB port is sometimes difficult because the flash drives fit too tightly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I’ve been really happy with this laptop. It’s fast, responsive, and handles everyday multitasking with no issues thanks to the Intel Core i5 processor. The 2K touchscreen is a plus, as everything looks sharp, and the touch feature is surprisingly useful for navigating and scrolling. The 512GB SSD gives plenty of storage and keeps the system running smoothly. Overall, this laptop feels well-built and reliable.

My first computer many, many years ago was a Dell. This one is light-years ahead from my original one. it is light weight w/ a large screen. The touchscreen option is nice.

Powerful and fast enough for work at home, so far no issues. Sound, picture and camera quality all good.

Good quality of the material process his speed is good and is a really good product for a basic computer usage be a great work computer gaming wise. It lags in a little bit of department due to the processing speed but all around it’s still a good school or work computer.
