This laptop is not bad for everyday use. It handles basic tasks like browsing and documents. The performance is decent for the price, and the build quality is acceptable. While it’s not high-end, it offers good value and reliability for regular users

a bit weird, would not let me install chrome browser...but maybe it was me choosing bad settings. I dint really have time to test it out, and returned it

Within 2 weeks of purchase laptop had issues at start up. After signing in screen went black. I was able to do work around with "hard" resets or BIOS resets, but these fixes are temporary at best. I was familiar with these resets because the 2 year old computer I was replacing had thee same issues. Customer service has walked me through the reset process, but really, after 2 weeks?!?!. Both of these computers, the old one and the new replacement, are Inspiron 15 laptops. Two years is not a very long lifespan, during which the motherboard was replaced after 5 months and then the black sceen issue arose 3 months ago. I decided to replace that computer, only to have the new computer exhibit the same issue within a few weeks. I'm not a happy camper!

Device has good specs, but touchpad gets stuck and makes it difficult to use computer. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Don’t buy if it shows marketplace FedEx delivered to wrong address and PC Heaven will give you the run around. The only saving grace was Best Buy was on my side and refunded my purchase. Thank you Beat Buy for thinking of the customer. Again stay away from PC heaven.
