I bought this computer to replace my 7 year old HP computer. It only had 112G of storage. This Dell is great. Non-glare screen, Windows 11, clear graphics & 512 GB of storage. I was happy to be able to download the drive from HP so I wouldn't have to replace my 15 year old HP printer.

I am enjoying my laptop. I will always remember where I purchased the item, and I will return if I need to purchase electronic items again. The sales associate was friendly and very helpful in helping me to choose the right laptop. The store is located 3 miles from my home which is so convenience for me. I’ve been really happy with this laptop. It’s fast, responsive, and handles everyday multitasking with no issues thanks to the Intel Core i5 processor. The 2K touchscreen is a plus, as everything looks sharp, and the touch feature is surprisingly useful for navigating and scrolling. The 512GB SSD gives plenty of storage and keeps the system running smoothly. Overall, this laptop feels well-built and reliable.

This is like the second Dell laptop I’ve ever owned. The first one I paid over $1200 for it and I love it. The price of this one is what caught my attention. Who wouldn’t purchase a Dell for $329. On top of all the bells and whistles it had on it. As well as the fact that it was touch screen which is something that I can’t seem to live without. The processor is fast and it has a long battery life. I actually purchased it for work and other things.

Disappointed that DELL doesn't add 1 or 2 more USB ports. Some of us still have completely functional hardware that connects via hard wire. Very pleased with the value. I enjoy the absence of junk software that gets added to department store offerings. I enjoy the ability to turn on the computer and be ready to work in less than 60 seconds. It has done everything that i need so far. The only thing that I do not like is the widget keeps popping up for no reason and covering the screen. I have to click on the weather to turn it off. I was disappointed that the portable monitor I purchased before will not seem to work with this computer. It works on the others I have. On the other hand, I work my computers hard and this does not lag. I feel it will be around for the long haul.

This laptop has been really good overall and feels like a good value for the money. It runs smoothly for everyday use, and Copilot is honestly great to work with and makes things easier and faster. It has all the features you’d want in a laptop for work or daily use. That said, the touchscreen can feel a bit slow at times, and the black finish on the front and back shows fingerprints and dirt very quickly, which can get annoying. Still, these are minor issues, and overall it’s a solid laptop worth buying.

Being use to using a home computer most of my life it was a really nice change to a laptop. I've always had dell products and always loved them. The touch screen option is also very responsive. It basically is a larger version of my cell phone so it makes viewing emails alot easier. I love it.

Fits the bill and the price is right. This is the best bang for your buck here, and its a Dell. Great features, with fast startup and operating speeds. The 1334U is known to be a workhorse. Gave as a gift and now I want one for myself.

This Dell Intel Core i5 is a great replacement for my previous Dell that died after several years. I am not a tech person, but this was a simple conversion process. Good for everyday use, excel, word and great value. Best Buy Geek squad were very helpful with advice and assistance with the switch.

I bought this for my 78 year old Father as a replacement for an older laptop. Right out of the box, it was easy to setup and get all his email and internet shortcuts synced up. He loves the touchscreen and not needing a mouse to use. Very lightweight and powerful laptop that will last for years!

This computer worth above the price that I have paid for it. It is fast, light, the battery last long. I really like it. Only thing that dissatisfied me was the delivery time; it was longer than expected. I can’t send pictures because I sent it to Madagascar.

So far so good! I'm a new laptop user switching from my desktop and iPad. I love that I can touch the screen like an iPad and the keyboard has a nice click when typing. Overall I really like this laptop. I do wish the battery life was a little bit longer.

Great buy and would recommend especially for students. Hi resolution. Touch screen is an added bonus. Since I got it on sale it was relatively inexpensive. The only thing i'm not used to would be the unlit keyboard which I had with my last laptop. Unlit keyboard is the only reason I didn't rate it 5 out of 5.
