This laptop exceeded my expectations. The Intel Core i7-1355U processor is very fast and handles multitasking smoothly. With 16GB RAM, everything runs without lag, even when multiple apps are open.
The 15.6” Full HD touchscreen is clear, bright, and very responsive. Touch works perfectly and makes daily use much more convenient. The 1TB storage is a big plus — plenty of space for files, backups, and software.
Startup is quick, performance is stable, and the laptop stays cool and quiet. The build quality feels solid, and it’s comfortable to use for long hours.
Overall, this is a great laptop for work, study, and everyday use. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased the Dell 15.6" FHD Touchscreen Laptop with Intel Core i7 (1355U, 2023), 16GB Memory, and 1TB Storage in Carbon Black, and I’m extremely impressed.
The performance is outstanding, fast, responsive, and perfect for multitasking. The 15.6" Full HD touchscreen is vibrant and sharp, making it great for both work and entertainment. The build quality feels premium, and the Carbon Black finish gives it a sleek, professional look.
With 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, it handles heavy applications effortlessly and offers plenty of space for files. Battery life is solid, and the overall experience is smooth and reliable.
In short: an excellent laptop that delivers on speed, storage, and style. Highly recommended!

Daisy was super knowledgeable and full of recommendations regarding the replacement of my former computer. On pick-up, Nathan was also able to provide excellent service. This new computer is extremely speedy. Although the keys have been rearranged, they are responsive and do not require hard punching. As with all new tech, I am still in the 'normalization' stage. The display is smaller so my spreadsheets pull up with off screen columns. But the weight is lighter and the heat output much less.

This is a great inexpensive laptop if you need one for everyday home or school use. It would not be the first choice if you were into high level gaming but other than that it has been excellent. The touchscreen is an added bonus. This laptop was a breeze to set up and if I can do it then anyone can. It is lightweight and has good sound quality. We connected it to a monitor for use on our desk and are very happy with the results. Would be perfect for home or school use.

For my needs this laptop is Wonder. It's has a touchscreen for ease of use. A powerful processor to do many and all tasks all while working with multiple windows open. It may not have a powerful graphics card for gaming but that's now what this machine is used for. It's perfect for doing homework, and working remotely. With occasional lite gaming. Perfect for social media, web browsing and watching movies. One drawback is lacking a backlite keyboard, but it makes up for it by having a very bright screen and full keyboard with number pad. Also came with plenty of storage for saving files and photos.

I have always used DELL computers for almost 40 years and ALWAYS got my money's worth. I was amazed to find it ON SALE at Best Buy for around $300 less than at DELL on Cyber Monday! I didn't hesitate and purchased it online. The ONLY reason that I couldn't give 5 stars is NOT Best Buy's or DELL's fault. It was Microsoft's. I was LIVID when I realized that they had LOCKED me out of using whatever SOFTWARE I wanted. Instead, Microsoft was FORCING users to use and BUY only Microsoft approved software from the Microsoft Store! How CONVENIENT for Microsoft! Thankfully, the GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy REMOVED that barrier, immediately and at NO CHARGE to me and now I have the GREAT computer that I really wanted for Christmas. Thanks GEK SQUAD!

I bought this primarily for home use, with light gaming, and it is more than sufficient in terms of processing power, RAM, and storage. I like Dell's overall. My only concerns are with Windows default security, but there were no issues updating the settings to ones that I preferred. It's a larger screen size, but it isn't as heavy as I thought it might be. The screen looks good even with high-quality settings in play. I got it on special, so the price was excellent for all the features I got.

I was looking for a new laptop for my sister. After going through several different models for functionality & price, they came up as a good option. The laptop was delivered in quick time, setting up the laptop was easy.. I tested for graphics, sound & the touch screen and found it be of superior quality. Would definitely recommend this product to my friends. Thanks

Great laptop at a great price. I purchased this on Black Friday, and the price dropped even more by the time I picked it up in store. They issued a price adjustment without any issue. My in-store experience was seamless and the team was so helpful. So far, everything has been working great with the laptop!

This is a great laptop, the hardware is really good for daily tasks. I use it mainly with audio management, using Reaper and Focusrite Audio interface.
The battery works up to 5 hours in equilibrium mode, what is great for me.
But there is an important thing to consider, in my opinion, Windows 11 Home is useless, I upgraded to Professional version.

Works great! Set-up time was longer than expected, but my information and settings transfered without issue. The only thing I wish is that the keys lit up for the midnight grind, but the computer itself works great.

Works as it should. Keyboard a little small for big fingers but workable. The right shift button is above the right arrow so it is easy to hit the wrong one. Overall good laptop

Love the speed of windows 11 and the screen appearance is just fantastic.
The fan does make a louder noise when I watch anything that requires loading a program, Banking, News and YouTube to give a example. But it does get quiet shortly after the program pulls up.

So far the first 30 days have been fine. Setup went fine but took a while. With the new Windows 11 the printer connection has been a slight problem as it always defaults to the fax mode rather than print. Still working on that. Otherwise thought it was a good value.

This Dell is a nice PC hardware-wise. It worked great out of the box and will support more than enough general usage. The software is bit overwhelming as I'm learn Win 11 vs Win 11. The Windows 11 upgrade that is forced upon opening took quite a long time to load. I also am a bit skeptical about clashes between the various AI assistants offed through the PC, Windows, and Microsoft office. Maybe I need a little more time figuring out which one works best.
