Perfect laptop for the small business user. The touchscreen is amazing and the onboard keyboard with numeric pad is steller. Definitely would recommend this Dell to friends.

This one of the finest laptops I have ever had. Dell is a great brand, and is known for it build quality and dependability. I do believe the particular one I purchased is being closed out and replaced by an equivalent or better model. I would not hesitate to by a Dell from Best Buy again.

Easy to set up. Very sharp, clear screen content. Was surprised how much I like the touchscreen as have been resistant to getting one.

Happy it works well. It’s fast and the images are clear. I added Microsoft 365 and I am able to do all the things I used to do at work on a desktop. It very lightweight so it’s easy to carry around all over the house. Very satisfied.

SO far so good , bought my last dell laptop in 2022 and it worked well until had a problem with charger or battery ? needed a new one asap so i bought this one on eraly black friday through best buy

While the memory size and speed is good, this has a cheap feel to it. Plastic and flimsy. The fan turned on the moment I turned the laptop on. If we need the fan before the hard drive even gets hot, what does that say?

I love the ease of use. The copilot is a plus. I feel it was a great price foe a touch screen. I'm very satisfied.

This laptop is a good buy. It can handle mutiple apps at the same time without any issue however graphics memory is 128 MB. Overall performances of this laptop is satisfactory.

If you are looking for a decent budget laptop this is worthy of consideration. The build quality is good with some good components. 16GB memory is fine would be nice if more but you are on a budget. 1TB storage is impressive as is the Intel i7 processor. Where this laptop may fall short for some is the other components. The screen is touch with okay resolution but the nits (brightness) may be a problem especially outside or in a bright room. The track pad is not haptic and so so. The keyboard although full does not have the feel of a high end laptop but what can you expect. Getting the unit on sale will make the purchase easier. Should suit those needing a basic internet browsing experience and not expecting what you get in with higher end Dells.

Overall a decent laptop. Minus one star for battery life and it not automatically connecting to my preferred wifi. Depending on how you use it it doesn't last more than 4 hours, not a big deal for me.

Loved it! Was on a deal and value for money! Competitor prices were $100 above, so it was a profitable purchase at Best Buy

Good value for a high quality laptop. Nice screen and keyboard feel. Great specs and Dell support should be good. The display isn't OLED but it's perfectly fine.

Great for the money at home or in the office and easy to travel with as I like to write journal's while I travel

Fast bootup and runs apps without any problems. It also has good web browsing capabilities.
