I’ve been using this Dell 15.6” 2K Touchscreen laptop with the Intel Core i7 processor, and it has been an excellent experience so far. The laptop runs fast and smoothly with no lag, even when multitasking or running multiple apps. The touchscreen is responsive and makes navigation easier, especially for work and browsing.

My husband‘s old PC and not hold a charge anymore. It was physically coming apart at the hinge. I chose this Dell product because of the faster processor, bigger screen, and extended keyboard. It has clear, crisp pictures, and videos to watch.

Needed a new laptop - old one (lenovo) died unexpectedly. Went right to BestBuy, knowing the make/model I wanted and was able to complete the purchase in minutes. So far the new Dell great, and was easy to setup. I'm a graphic designer and I haven't had any issues with my Adobe Suite apps at all.

I bought this laptop to replace an older Dell laptop. I haven't had it long, but the setup was super easy. and I love the touchscreen. It' so crystal clear. I havent used it on battery alone yet, alwsys plugged in.

Great price with the speed and features I needed. Also got lucky with BB's Price Match when it went on sale a week later so got a refund for the difference. Thanks Best Buy!

Good size screen; has number keypad which is useful for my work; speed is great; I've been using Dell laptops for 15 years, my last one is 9 years old and still working; So worth the price!

The laptop is very similar to a 16” Dell we bought about 3 years ago except it doesn’t have a few features which I’m fine with since this is about $400-$500 cheaper. I did wish it came with a camera shutter though. The keyboard has a very similar feel to some MacBooks which some people do prefer. We bought this on sale for about $500 so it was a really good deal

I bought this for my son so I don't have direct input but from what he says it's an awesome laptop. Lots of nice features, tons of storage, great display and size and very responsive. Wish I had gotten one for myself!

Replaced an older laptop that was incompatible with Windows 11. First impression it works. Not a fan of S mode but there’s posts online to help get past those configs. Purchased on sale for a decent price so no concerns.

This laptop exceeded my expectations. The Intel Core i7-1355U processor is very fast and handles multitasking smoothly. With 16GB RAM, everything runs without lag, even when multiple apps are open. The 15.6” Full HD touchscreen is clear, bright, and very responsive. Touch works perfectly and makes daily use much more convenient. The 1TB storage is a big plus — plenty of space for files, backups, and software. Startup is quick, performance is stable, and the laptop stays cool and quiet. The build quality feels solid, and it’s comfortable to use for long hours. Overall, this is a great laptop for work, study, and everyday use. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended.

This Dell computer is very easy to use and It fits nicely into my back pack. I was able to adjust to it very quickly and the keys are comfortable to use.

Easy to set up! It's kind of nice to have a Dell laptop again. I used them for several years at a job that I had and, for the most part, a Dell is very reliable.

Perfect laptop for the small business user. The touchscreen is amazing and the onboard keyboard with numeric pad is steller. Definitely would recommend this Dell to friends.

Seems to be wonderful. So far no complaints. My super SMART and WOnderful Grandson, Travis got it up and running for me. Transferred all my files and even did the headstand to get it plugged in.

Daisy was super knowledgeable and full of recommendations regarding the replacement of my former computer. On pick-up, Nathan was also able to provide excellent service. This new computer is extremely speedy. Although the keys have been rearranged, they are responsive and do not require hard punching. As with all new tech, I am still in the 'normalization' stage. The display is smaller so my spreadsheets pull up with off screen columns. But the weight is lighter and the heat output much less.
