Great laptop for everyday use. The screen is just the right size and it’s lighter than I expected.

Excellent purchase. We've owned a dell laptop for a number of years and when we saw this model with 16 GB and 1TB I7 touchscreen we couldn't pass it up. This laptop has far exceeded our expectations. Love it!

Before buying this laptop ive always stuck to my desktop, and it always felt restrictive. And i might only move it around the house, but it feels more casual. I might not be able to tell you the performance jargon of it or how well it runs because i don't work it to hard but it serves me well for what i do use it for.

I’m happy with this laptop’s performance so far. It was affordable and it meets my work (I’m self employees) and personal needs. I’m unsure about the battery life long term, but so far so good.

I've only had my new Dell laptop a week but like it so far. It's fast and works well. Kyle on the Geek Squad in Bloomington, IL was very helpful and knowledgeable. I like that it has 16 GB Memory and 1 TB storage.

Perfect laptop for the small business user. The touchscreen is amazing and the onboard keyboard with numeric pad is steller. Definitely would recommend this Dell to friends.

Seems to be wonderful. So far no complaints. My super SMART and WOnderful Grandson, Travis got it up and running for me. Transferred all my files and even did the headstand to get it plugged in.

I purchased this laptop for my wife, because hers was very old. This was exactly what she needed, enough space and speed for her realtor business. Thanks Dell!!

This laptop is a good buy. It can handle mutiple apps at the same time without any issue however graphics memory is 128 MB. Overall performances of this laptop is satisfactory.

I have always used DELL computers for almost 40 years and ALWAYS got my money's worth. I was amazed to find it ON SALE at Best Buy for around $300 less than at DELL on Cyber Monday! I didn't hesitate and purchased it online. The ONLY reason that I couldn't give 5 stars is NOT Best Buy's or DELL's fault. It was Microsoft's. I was LIVID when I realized that they had LOCKED me out of using whatever SOFTWARE I wanted. Instead, Microsoft was FORCING users to use and BUY only Microsoft approved software from the Microsoft Store! How CONVENIENT for Microsoft! Thankfully, the GEEK SQUAD at Best Buy REMOVED that barrier, immediately and at NO CHARGE to me and now I have the GREAT computer that I really wanted for Christmas. Thanks GEK SQUAD!

Nice look. Easy to use touch screen. Relatively easy (but long) set up. Looks great and is working well.

I love the ease of use. The copilot is a plus. I feel it was a great price foe a touch screen. I'm very satisfied.

Great laptop, not for my use. 2 c’s & 1 usb A. Did not work with any blue tooth mouse. Needed a wired mouse, not an extra usb port.

It is a great in Home PC. Can't pull too many applications at the same time. I think the fan doesn't do the best in reducing the temp. Good overall.

Works great for what we needed for a work laptop highly recommend.
