I am using this laptop for few weeks. Good laptop for everyday use, little bit heavy.

It took some getting used to pushing harder on the keys. Otherwise, good so far.

The computer is fine except the startup process. When you power up, the keyboard freezes. Working with the Geek Squad, they told us to then power down and hold that button until the screen goes dark. Then click the power button again and it will work. We were told this is a Microsoft problem and they are working on an update to fix the problem.

Materials and keyboard feel cheap. Screen has really bad backlight bleed. Matte black shows all the fingerprints. While I understand this is not a gaming PC and has no dedicated GPU, it struggles to run games that are 10+ years old. Will do the day to day tasks just fine though.

Not as good as my dell latitude 5421 but i do like this is touch screen

Its worth the sale price. Keyboards are smooth, easy to set up.

This Dell is great but the plastic surface comes off as cheap. The internal hardware is very nice with the 1 Tb solid state.

It was a huge disappointment that an external monitor couldn't be connected to the USB-C port. Furthermore, it can't be used for charging either.

The battery is not strong. I expected to have a strong battery. There is no keyboard light as well

Screen is really not good, even for a cheap laptop.

I love Best Buy. I've had nothing but great experiences with in-person and online shopping. Their customer service is exceptional. But this laptop with its extremely bloated, horrible MS operating system is the worst computer I've ever used in my life. I hate everything about it. No, I DO NOT WANT a Co=Pilot watching my activities and scraping every micron of data. No, I DO NOT want it to auto-update multiple times a day. No, I DO NOT want to go through the Play Store for 'approved' apps. I'm happily using Linux on this terrible OS..so MS can go pound sand.

stopped working right after return period. Christmas item. return period only 15 days? stupid.
