I want to recognize and thank the Geek Squad staff at the Best Buy location on Caroline Street - Atlanta, Georgia. This was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had. Flora, Pete, Hayden, Malcolm, Jeremiah, Christopher (sales) made every effort possible to ensure I ended up completely satisfied. What is normally a routine purchase of a laptop became anything but. Hayden was very helpful in my choice of the first computer. It met spec and budget needs, but after getting it home it was a little larger than I realized for my small office. He gladly helped me choose another laptop (smaller). Once home I could not get it to scan. I called the 24 hour service department. After two calls and approximately four hours, it still would not scan. I went back to the store. Pete and Jeremiah worked tirelessly to make it work. Pete even remarked he enjoyed a challenge - a testament to his dedication. It scanned at the store. Once home, it would not scan. Back to the store and it would not scan there either. Pete even took a call at home from the associate I was discussing the latest issue. Later, I returned to the store for an update. Malcolm was on duty. He was aware of the problem and began seeing what he could do. After some research on his part, it became apparent there was a history of the second computer not being compatible with my printer. With that determination, Malcolm and I knew the second computer was not going to be an option. Malcolm called Christopher in the sales department. He came over and took me to the computer section and showed me two options. His knowledge was amazing and could answer any question I had. I now have computer number three and I love it. I apologize for the detail, but there is no way to show how hard everyone worked to find a solution without it. Interestingly, my experience with the Geek Squad staff began two months earlier with Flora. I had purchased a tablet and needed assistance setting it up and syncing it with my laptop. I didn't have an appointment, but Flora started helping as soon as she was free. Her knowledge and customer skills are excellent. She was also heavily, involved with the above problem. She has assisted me several times and I am amazed how she maintains her composure as she fields one person after another needing assistance yet still focusing on the customer being helped. All with a smile. Without this incredible team, I'm sure I would have had no choice, but to return the second computer and then try to figure out what to do. I might add while, the help line is a viable option, the only way this was solved was because of the ability to work with someone face to face. Thank you again to everyone for staying with this until a solution was found. It is very much appreciated.

Lightweight. Powerful. Good feel of keyboard. Not sure on the battery charge time.

Sleek and quiet. Touch screen is nice. Keyboard feels good to the touch. Battery life decent.

It works very well. Plenty of storage, very quick. no complaints at all, great computer. Also quite affordable. Battery does drain a bit quickly, but that's to be expected when gaming with it, and not a problem if youre just using it to game at home.

I bought this laptop to replace my XPS 13" that suddenly stopped working. It has proven to be the best choice I could have made. It is faster, has much longer battery life and is easier to use.

This laptop is fast and is perfect for everyday use. The 1 TB storage means I won’t need to upgrade for many years. Dell makes great computers! The Geek Squad is the reason to buy it from Best Buy!

It's a working laptop, not much to say to be honest. It works well for what I need, has an odd issue being in full screen while watching a video and reloading the video when doing so? Other than that minor issue, battery life is pretty good, no lag or glitches I have encountered at all.

Happy it works well. It’s fast and the images are clear. I added Microsoft 365 and I am able to do all the things I used to do at work on a desktop. It very lightweight so it’s easy to carry around all over the house. Very satisfied.

If you are looking for a decent budget laptop this is worthy of consideration. The build quality is good with some good components. 16GB memory is fine would be nice if more but you are on a budget. 1TB storage is impressive as is the Intel i7 processor. Where this laptop may fall short for some is the other components. The screen is touch with okay resolution but the nits (brightness) may be a problem especially outside or in a bright room. The track pad is not haptic and so so. The keyboard although full does not have the feel of a high end laptop but what can you expect. Getting the unit on sale will make the purchase easier. Should suit those needing a basic internet browsing experience and not expecting what you get in with higher end Dells.

So far, has exceeded expectations. Speed is good and I’m very happy with its capabilities.

Great laptop for great value does everything I need for everyday use the touch screen is always a great feature

The laptop is a great machine, though the fan noise under heavy load is my main critique. I love the build and the stunning, virtually bezel-less display. It's incredibly fast for daily use and traveling, making it a reliable, high-end workhorse.

So far my laptop has been great. It moves fast and has plenty or storage. The touchscreen is also a plus

This Dell is a nice PC hardware-wise. It worked great out of the box and will support more than enough general usage. The software is bit overwhelming as I'm learn Win 11 vs Win 11. The Windows 11 upgrade that is forced upon opening took quite a long time to load. I also am a bit skeptical about clashes between the various AI assistants offed through the PC, Windows, and Microsoft office. Maybe I need a little more time figuring out which one works best.

Very fast and efficient laptop. I am happy with the storage space. I added another 16 GB of RAM with the available slot and runs very fast.

Terrific price. Computer has amazing features like touch screen, great amount of memory. Way to set up.
