I was looking for a new laptop for my sister. After going through several different models for functionality & price, they came up as a good option. The laptop was delivered in quick time, setting up the laptop was easy.. I tested for graphics, sound & the touch screen and found it be of superior quality. Decent laptop. The cpu and storage are fine id have liked more ram but its a good working laptop.

This is a great laptop, the hardware is really good for daily tasks. I use it mainly with audio management, using Reaper and Focusrite Audio interface. The battery works up to 5 hours in equilibrium mode, what is great for me. But there is an important thing to consider, in my opinion, Windows 11 Home is useless, I upgraded to Professional version.

Great laptop at a great price. I purchased this on Black Friday, and the price dropped even more by the time I picked it up in store. They issued a price adjustment without any issue. My in-store experience was seamless and the team was so helpful. So far, everything has been working great with the laptop!

Works great! Set-up time was longer than expected, but my information and settings transfered without issue. The only thing I wish is that the keys lit up for the midnight grind, but the computer itself works great.
