This computer is fantastic. The only complaint i have is that it doesn't have a NVadia graphics card, but I knew that when I purchased it. I love the I7 processor

Love the memory, processor and the hard drive capacity. I can run applications needed for school.

I really do like the laptop. The backlight helps for when I'm doing work at night and the touch screen works wonderfully.

I've used one or two laptops before but everytime I did I always kept touching the screen. Its like someone finally read my mind. Now that I own a laptop its so convenient & my younger kids can use it for school.

I would highly recommend the computer the screen is clear and easy to use once you understand how to use it. This is my first touch screen and like anything else has a learning curve. Colors are rich and clear.

I did a lot of research and was cautious based on earlier reviews of this product, so far this laptop has exceeded my expectations. The picture and speed are fantastic, no issues with losing wireless connection.

We are not that computer friendly but this was easy to figure out!

This computer is really cool. I am happy with this purchase because it will be my new college computer which will take me through the school of engineering. It has been excellent so far. I am familiarizing myself with it. It was too expensive for my budget but my mo. Gave me a grad party which helped me pay for it.

I like the machine, but the clunkiness of Windows 8, and features missing or not behaving as before, detracts from the experience. Yes, I got the start button back with 8.1, but it's still hard to find the control panel, and I still don't have the Printer Assistant, and the Network information is not complete. I get advice from Dell to use the Desktop option to conserve power, but there's no way to find out where it is or how to use it.

The computer is fast and I haven't had any problems with it except learning how to use Windows 8.1.

Good machine -- Dell must do better in delivering a machine that is not vulnerable to unwanted programs. Best Buy should offer a service of initial setup. I eventually went to an independent service provider that is more of an expert than I.

Not having to use a laptop daily for work, mostly bills and surfing, very simple to navigate

Computer is great, not so sure about Windows 8. Keyboard a bit different on touch. But I love the touch screen. Wasn't sure if I would, but it is great. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought this laptop as a replacement for a Windows XP laptop that would be marginal for Windows 8. The hardware seems well designed, with the possible exception that the backlit keyboard can be a little difficult to see at odd angles and/or lighting levels. Only downside was frustration and disappointment at the Windows 8.1 software. Actually downgraded to Windows 7 and am finding the computer much more useful.

No CD rom which i hate !! But it's not bad in overall

It seems to do everything the salesman said. I would like to see support for those gray haired folks like me, but Best Buy has been really good about answering my questions.

I am very happy with the Dell Inspiron Series 7000 laptop. The screen resolution is crisp and clear and the touch screen feature is a real bonus. Lots of apps included as well.

This laptop is solid. It has a solid metal built quality and the power underneath to back it up. It also has a touch screen to optimize your experience with windows 8.
