Best Buy seemed to offer the best price and convenience of service to have laptop set up by their friendly Geeksquad. However the Geeksquad is not too prompt to let you know when the laptop is ready for pick up. I had to call several times to find out when I can come for pickup.

Runs so fast and smooth, an overall great choice. Pricy, but it should pay off in the long run.

Memory size is good, processor and RAM is good quality also. Just a good all around computer

Great computer with a great price. The only thing is getting used to the idea of tiles (or apps) that need to be constantly updated. This can be easily done by auto-updates. Also, interface is different from older versions of windows. Just takes getting used to.

This is the first time using a laptop. Very pleased especially with the touch screen.

I bought this laptop to replace my work machine. I am really happy with this laptop. I used primarily for run numerical simulation programs, and for far, this is one of the best machine that I have owned. Usually we run the simulation programs in big servers because they give us more power that a regular pc, however, I have tested this laptop and the results have been outstandings.

The computer is great. Good screen. Easy to use. Love the size also.

I have latest version of Windows 8.1 and am finding so much to learn! Touch pad will need adjustment (sure I will find help to do that) - far too sensitive.

I got this computer to replace an old one that I'd been using for a long time. It was a bit of a transition to go from a desktop to a laptop full time, but this computer made it worthwhile. The screen has a great display and the computer itself comes with all the accessories that I need. A great value and a great investment.

Excellent performance except for quirky issues after downloading Wind 8.1. Still it is fast online & using internal apps. Cant beat memory for price.

has enough power for average office applications and web, plent of storage, decent screen. This was a refurbish so I couldn't really recommend to a friend.

A little heavy because of the all aluminum case but that is what I wanted. It is a powerhouse that is built to last. I have had no issues with it thus far.

It is a great laptop. Nice looking and great finish. But is costly and the speed is comparable to old processor. May be mcAfee is a culprit here too.

Problems: 1) Dead pixel on monitor (and monitor clarity is terrible) 2) Spacebar doesn't work without slapping it hard 3) Computer never goes into sleep mode when left on (and drains battery to zero) Best Buy would not take the return because I didn't make it back to the store until day 16.
