It is very easy to set up, comes with most all cables to attach to any computer. The large screen is wonderful for this visually challenged user. Excellent screen clarity and rapid response time with touch screen technology. It was an excellent price to pay - cashed in on the best buy deal of the day. I continue to struggle to get sound out of the lap top when plugged into the monitor. Still working on that one but overall excellent purchase.

Great product for a low price, it works very well on my window 8 pc

I bought this monitor in order to make a non touch- screen laptop into a touch-screen desk top computer. You can still unplug the laptop and take it with you but when home it becomes a touch-screen. It works great. I ordered it from Best Buy and they set it up for me.

Very pleased with the monitor overall. Works great with my laptop and it is very nice to have both screens be touch screens.

I thought for the price, this would be a great deal. However, I found that the touch screen did not work properly. On some programs, it would only allow me to use touch screen rather than have a choice of mouse or touch screen. While this was difficult enough to maneuver, I found the most annoying part of this monitor was that it would constantly have trouble coming out of sleep mode. It would take sometimes a couple of minutes to wake up, other times I had to restart my computer. I had no problems like this before this monitor or after I returned it and purchase a different one.

It worked out of the box with Ubuntu 13.10, all the multi-touch features worked. If the product arrives defective,as happened to the other reviewer, just have it replaced, that's not a product problem but shipping problem. Yes, the border is a bit bulky, but can you show me another 21.5 inch multi-touch screen for $199?

For a desktop monitor, touch screen is nice to have if you use Windows 8.1, but absolutely unnecessary and not needed. Getting too close to a large screen may not be good to your health thought it has not been statistically proved yet. Nowadays, a desktop monitor that bears $250 price tag should have at least 24 inch screen, true 1080 resolution with outstanding image quality. By 1600X900, 19.5 inches, it already claims an under-class monitor.

Out of the box it had a crack in the plastic. Doesn't work with dual screening. Took 8 days to get here. Boarder is ugly and looks bulky.
