Keyboard feel and layout very important to me. This Dell is very easy and nice to type on. Lighted keyboard was also a requirement. Happy with purchase.

Has to buy a laptop in the same day. Searched for the deals online. Found this one is a good buy.

This laptop was chosen for our family computer. We aren't gamers so the normal features for that kind of use did not apply to our purchase. The touchscreen capability and flip screen are very nice.

So far, after hooking up a private cloud and a large screen, I am very satisfied with this laptop. It is light enough for me to be comfortable carrying around and Windows 10 is excellent.

The laptop is very nicely constructed and appears to be well built, minus the ability to flex the screen. Still getting used to Windows 10. Had to re-image my computer within the first week because I tried to get rid of the McAffee antivirus that came pre-installed and it removed some other key registry files with it (so I could not boot up my computer). Luckily, I was able to perform the image myself.

After one month of use, my daughter is satisfied. Upgrade to Windows 10 went off with out a hitch. Got it at a great price as it was an open box deal. Will update if any problems occur.

Really like Windows 10. Not much diff than previous version. Laptop was easy to set up

Pros- Easy to use, quick start up, light weight; great costpoint value Cons- Need work around to upload some software programs because no CD drive (consideration more than a con)

The laptop is a great cross between tablet and laptop. I use it in laptop mode the most but use the touch screen instead of the track pad. Nothing to complain about as of yet.

This is the best laptop I've had, it is great and works amazing. It's great while multitasking and it is fast. I love it and if I had the chance to buy it again I will.

My son loves this computer and is looking forward to using it throughout college. LIghtweight and easy to fold into tablet mode. i5 technology with plenty of storage.

Computer is not to bulky not is heavy. Love that it can go into tablet mode and is also touch screen. I believe it's a great computer to start off with for college.

We bought this PC. as a replacement for a laptop with a non-working display. Unfortunatyly, it was purchased the day of Windows 10's release. Twice I had to delete everything I had stored and return factory install conditions (on phone with microsoft tech support to do this) to get computer to operate. Windowz 10 will not work with printers and I spent many hoursearning this the hard way, downloading drivers from Dell and trying to install them. Finally. after about two hours wasted on the phone ewith Dell tech zupport I did gdetlend up with a workaround solution for the printer. Another big problem came when I tried to load my copy Microsoft Office 2007 to have access to Outlook for our E-mail. No way this will work. After futilely trying to use other clumsy E-mail servers we finally have ordsred a license for Office 365, Which has to be rented aith a license fhaf has to be renewed every year. I retrospect, it probably would have been a bettr idea to invest in reairing our computer with the nkn-functikning display.

I returned this item - it did not have "pen" capabilities on its own, and according to the online community, there was not a special Dell stylus for it. Worked slowly with the internet. The keyboard felt good. The switch from tablet to pc was frustrating, but that may have been operator error.

Got this for daughter as a second laptop, but mainly as tablet. Still has her i7 laptop with bigger HD and memory for her engineering projects. This is great for on-the-go use for school instead of lugging around the heavy laptop. Will be used while in school and at the racetrack, so it has to be very dependable. So far, no disappointments in the laptop.. some software compatibility issues (such as the Amazon Kindle App) while in tablet mode. These will be worked out once Amazon updates there software to be more Win10 compatible. I'm thinking of getting another one myself for around the house...
