Bought for home use. Pleased with the ease of setup. Screen size was perfect for my wife. The only downsize, video processing for programs that I use in my studio was slow. Video images didn't match up with the audio, especially when recorded from the built-in webcam.

Loved the fact that it is so easy to use. Also that it's a touchscreen and all in one. Easy to move from one room to another.

Good desktop, a little on the slower side but to be expected with an all in one I suppose, going to try to upgrade some things to see if it can be improved but live the touchscreen capabilities and it’s very sleek

A nice computer and fairly priced. It has a well thought out touch screen system and its screen is quite clear and bright. One complaint. Everything that you can hook up has attachments in the rear, under the easel back. Not easy. But aside from that, a good computer for the price. Very good size, too.

It was very easy to set up, that was a plus. Second plus is it fit under my cupboards where I wanted it to go. The minus is it is quite slow to load and I feel is entry level, although it is good enough for what I am using it for.

I live 40 miles from the nearest Best Buy store in Medford. I drove there and was told I could get a student discount as I am a student at the local community college, but I could not sign up inside the store. So I went home and chatted with the online service person. He could not direct me how to sign up for a student discount. I went back to the store the next day. Most of the units that I liked were not in stock. The All In One was in stock. I was not told that the keyboard and mouse needed batteries. I was not told that there is not a CD slot inside the unit, so I bought one at the store. It would have been great if I had asked where the UPC plug ins are located. They are in the back of the unit underneath the kick stand. Very poor engineering. The unit I looked at in the store did not have a kickstand, it had a platform that lifted up the unit. I assumed this is what I would get in the box. Not. So the screen is not at a very good degree of slant which would make it easier. The biggest reason why I bought the Dell is this: A month previously I purchased an Insignia Android tablet. Every day was frustrating and NEVER AGAIN will I purchase the Insignia store brand on anything from Best Buy. The store representative told me that almost everyone who had purchased the Insignia brand android did not like it.

I bought this open box and really though I got a great deal. Nope. The AMD A9 makes this computer a dog that struggles to open even the smallest of files and/or programs. Not sure why, but even the internet is slow on this computer. For someone who is looking for a inexpensive touch screen and doesn't care about speed, you may be OK. For the rest of us, this is NOT a good choice. I upgraded to an HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-r114, from Best Buy, and while it was a bit pricier, I could not be happier.

Has a great screen size, the display is awesome, easy to set up and maintain, never had an issue with dell

The price/performance ration for this computer makes it a great buy. Just wish it had a dvd drive.

Having my 9-year-old HP desktop PC "die" on me was traumatic. And while my new replacement Dell PC--is missing some of the features the old one had--such as a CD/DVD drive and an SD card reader--it works extremely well. And it meets my needs and expectations!

Needed something to replace an old laptop at the office. Easy setup and takes up little room.

We took home the computer, my husband set it up and has no problems. He is the computer illiterate in our family but is not having any problems with it. "Thank God I haven't had to spend much time being the computer tech like the last one he had.

This is overall a nice looking pc and has a beautiful touch screen that is a great size. The problem with this computer is that in spite of 8 GB RAM and a 7th gen AMD processor, IT'S EXTREMELY SLOW!!! I mean it's annoyingly slow...like I-just-can't-deal-with-it-anymore slow. As a result I'm taking it back to get a different one. I can't believe that a brand new system would be so incredibly slow and annoying. DON'T but this if you value your time!

You're getting what you paid for. It's pretty slow, even doing simple daily task such as browsing. Just spend the extra money and get something more reliable

I am used to an old Windows XP, so I got this one mainly because I needed to surf on the web properly and the scripts were killing my old PC. For the price it's a great buy, I just wish it was faster. even when you type there's a delay.
