to start off with it's so light weight and there's no tower. this is a very fast computer. I use it at home for our business and it does a great job. I have quick books and office on it. The only cons about it is there's no drive for a CD or a DVD. Other then that I love it.

The comp is virtually the same as mine, but my wife needed a new one. The new one is not complicated for her, the monitor size thrills her, and available desk space is a wonder for her. It was an excellent purchase that meets all needs. To top it off, Best Buy employees were knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. Good experience.

I am so unhappy with this computer. Great design but is extremely slow.

I bought this for the shop. We can send the schematics and pictures direct to the assemblers workstation. Trying to go paperless plus it's fluid. Any last minute changes can easily be broadcast.

Perfect picture, great computer, easy set up, highly recommend

I work from home once a week and went into BestBuy because I was tired of staring at a tiny laptop screen for several hours a week. I explained to the salesperson that I wasn't looking for anything overly complicated or dramatic. I intended to use this for e-mails, spreadsheets, documents, presentations, and the like. In defense of their recommendation, I expressed interest in the all-in-one's given their simplicity and my belief that I would not need to tamper with memory upgrades or swap out video cards, etc. With that in mind, the rep recommended the Dell A9 Series that I am now reviewing. What I can positively say is that it's simple, the screen is nice, and it's amazingly idiot proof (Dell has their own upgrade/update app) so you know you're staying current with latest drivers and apps. What momma told me not to say is that two squirrels with a calculator might work faster than this thing. Switching between apps was laboriously slow. Videos from the web would buffer to the point of being unwatchable. It's sad when my two-year-old builders' basic work laptop could handle a youtube video better than my shiny new toy. I struggle to even say you're getting a large tablet (which is what it was likened to after I returned it (spoiler: I returned it)). My iPad runs faster, my old Samsung tablet runs faster...heck, I think I could dust-off my first Windows 3.1 PC and it would run faster (I can't back that claim up but you get the idea). I'm willing to give it 2 stars because maybe, somewhere, there is someone who will be content with virtually no processing power on a big screen. For you intrepid PC user, I say go for it. For anyone else...not so much

Screen lg enough to see most items and very clear. Constantly annoyed by Dell requests for updating WinZip which s a ploy to get me to their site! Keeps coming back on repeatedly.

This computer has so many outstanding functions that help the disabled, senior citizens and gaming enthusiast. If you love learning and exploring new software then this is for you.

This was a good deal money wise due to it being an Open Box Purchase. Computer started right up and I was up and working on it loading programs and files. The screen resolution was great. But...it wasn't as fast as I'd like but for the price I couldn't complain. When I was done I shut it down but instead of shutting down it kept restarting. At first I thought I was clicking the wrong thing; but after about 10 tries, I had to unplug it. The next day I sat down with it again, when it booted up it decided it needed to reinstall windows which took 4 hours and of course erased all my programs/files. I boxed it up and returned it the next day. MAYBE, it may be good if purchased brand new, but I wasn't taking the chance and the reveiws for new ones are just so-so anyway. It may be worth it to pay a little more for something more upgraded.

Great sleek look, performs well with online software.

We have two of these in our retail stores and have been using them as point of sale machines (cash registers). They are a little slow compared even to previous models with lower specs. But, the machines have held up well. We also use them for video conferencing. These machines have experienced heavy use over 1.5 years so far and holding up very well; despite wearing out the keyboard and mouse.

great price, nice size, easy to set up, easy to use.

This is my second All-In-One, ever. My first was an HP, it was great but I could not display my computer to any other monitor. This computer was 700 dollars less than my HP. I’m in love with the computer and having the ability to project to another screen. It runs great and the touch screen is very accurate.

Pc does what I need. Good for Office Apps and household needs. Not really a gaming PC, but that's not what I needed.

Very big screen, which i like it, but the cpu is slow, overall this desktop speed is so so.

It's been a few years since I've had to purchase a computer, smartphones and all. I needed a new one for work and I will never regret purchasing this one. I love the responsiveness of the touch screen. All around great computer!

While I wasn't expecting a high end computer, I was expecting something considerably faster than a 4 year old low end computer. While the numbers show it should be faster than my older computers (and a 4 year old computer is old), the actual game running ended up worse in some scenarios. The graphics card just doesn't do all that well. While it never was expected to play games at max graphics settings, be aware it might not be able to even handle minimum graphics for many games.

I use this computer a lot at home when doing homework. I love that I can use touch the screen feature when going through flash cards are taking a test. If your looking for a home computer or computer for students this is the one.
