I will be wary of getting a returned one that is "Geek Squad-certified" in the future. It was not ready to go, had leftover paperwork from the last owner (their water bill?!), had batteries left in the mouse and keyboard for months, and had obviously not been checked to ensure it was ready for use. On the plus side, the exchange process was fairly painless.

This is my first all-in-one computer and I like it. Easy set up with Dell and was available at Best Buy. Would have likes an SSD drive.

Unfortunately, Lightroom and Photoshop seem to hang on this machine frequently. I stream alot of movies and it works great, most of the time. But occasionally, the audio and video will glitch which requires exiting the streaming service and trying it again.

The built in camera never worked and I just found out. I never needed the camera therefore I never tested it out. I kept it taped down like it came out the box. So upset about that. I would have loved for everything to be working properly on my pc. I would have given a 5 but I never got to use the built in camera.

Definitely a nice student computer if you’re looking for an affordable all-in-one. Beautiful display. Touchscreen. Decent speakers built in. It just ran too slowly for what I needed.

1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
